Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your Brain data and client information are private to your workspace. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Can I use Strivia in my language?

The Strivia interface is in English. However, the AI bots can understand and respond in most languages. If you write to a bot in Spanish, it will reply in Spanish.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your access to paid features is paused. You can subscribe to a paid plan at any time to regain access. Your data is kept for 30 days after the trial ends.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How does the Brain affect AI responses?

Bots search your Brain for relevant information before responding. A well-filled Brain means accurate, personalised outputs. An empty Brain means generic responses.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your workspace data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export your data during this period. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your Brain data, client lists, and quotes at any time from your workspace settings.

How do I connect WhatsApp?

Go to Integrations, find WhatsApp Business, and follow the setup steps. You will need a Meta Developer App with WhatsApp configured. Full instructions are on the integrations page.

What is the difference between Always Ask and Auto Approve?

Always Ask means bot actions go to your Action Lobby for review before being executed. Auto Approve means the bot can act without your approval. Different permissions can be set per bot and per integration.

Can I add more team members later?

Yes. Additional seats are charged according to your plan. You can add or remove team members at any time from Settings → Workspace.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

We consider discount requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@strivia.ai with details about your organisation.

What AI models does Strivia use?

Strivia uses Anthropic's Claude for text generation and Google's Gemini for image generation. We select the best model for each task automatically.
