All new workspaces on Strivia are entitled to a 14-day free trial with full access to the features available on their selected plan. No payment information is required to start a trial.
The free trial exists specifically to allow you to evaluate Strivia thoroughly before making a financial commitment. We consider the trial period your primary opportunity to determine whether Strivia meets your business needs.
All subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.

When you subscribe to a paid plan, you gain immediate access to all features included in that plan for the full billing period. The value of the service is delivered from the moment your subscription activates.
You may cancel your Strivia subscription at any time directly from your account billing settings. No cancellation fees apply.

We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days remaining in a billing period at the time of cancellation.
Upgrading — When you upgrade to a higher plan, the new plan takes effect immediately. Any difference in price is calculated and charged on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrading — When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No refund or credit is issued for the difference in price during the current period.
If you believe a charge has been made to your payment method without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@strivia.ai.
We take all fraud reports seriously and will investigate promptly. To process a fraud-related claim we may require supporting documentation, which may include but is not limited to:
We reserve the right to suspend the associated workspace account during any fraud investigation to prevent further unauthorised use.
Strivia cooperates fully with banks, card issuers, payment processors, and law enforcement authorities in connection with fraud investigations.
We ask that you contact us directly at support@strivia.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. In most cases we can resolve disputes quickly and fairly without the need for a formal chargeback process.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Strivia support may result in:
If a chargeback is found to be made in bad faith, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal channels.
In the event of a significant technical failure on our part that results in prolonged unavailability of the Strivia platform — defined as more than 24 consecutive hours of complete service unavailability — we may at our sole discretion offer affected customers a pro-rata credit applied to their next billing period.
Such credits are a goodwill gesture and do not constitute an entitlement or liability. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime and our full limitations of liability are set out in our Terms of Service.
We understand that exceptional personal or business circumstances can arise. While our general policy is non-refundable, we may at our absolute discretion consider refund requests made under genuinely exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
