What Cally can do
- Read incoming WhatsApp messages

How to connect
- Go to Integrations in the sidebar
- Find WhatsApp Business and click Connect
- Enter your Phone Number ID and Access Token from your Meta Developer App
- Copy the Webhook URL and Verify Token into your Meta App settings
- Subscribe to the "messages" webhook field

Connect Gmail so Cally can read your inbox and draft email replies.
What Cally can do
- Read unread emails from your inbox
- Draft replies using your Brain data and brand voice
- Auto-send replies if you enable auto-send permissions
How to connect
- Go to Integrations and click Connect with Google under Gmail
- Sign in to your Google account and grant the requested permissions
- You will be redirected back to Strivia — Gmail is now connected

- Sign in and grant calendar permissions
- Done — Cally can now help with scheduling

What Max can do
- View campaign performance and insights
- Create new campaigns (always created as PAUSED for safety)
- Draft ad copy using your brand voice
- Monitor key metrics like ROAS, CTR, and CPC
How to connect
- Go to Integrations and click Connect with Facebook under Meta Ads
- Sign in to Facebook and select your ad accounts
- Choose which ad accounts you want Strivia to manage
⚠️ Campaigns are always created as PAUSED. You must activate them manually in Meta Ads Manager.

Meta Business Suite
Connect your Meta Business Suite so Max can manage your Facebook pages, Messenger, and Instagram.
What Max can do
- Monitor comments on your Facebook posts
- Reply to comments and Messenger conversations
- Create and schedule social media posts (always requires approval)
- Manage Instagram comments and DMs if connected
- Provide social media engagement summaries
How to connect
- Go to Integrations and click Connect with Facebook under Meta Business Suite
- Sign in to Facebook and select the pages you want to manage
- If a page has Instagram connected, it will be available too
- Configure bot permissions to control what Max can automate
⚠️ Social media posts always require approval before publishing. Only replies can be auto-sent.
