What is Strivia?

Strivia is an AI-powered business workspace. It gives you a team of specialised AI bots — each one focused on a different part of running your business. One bot writes quotes. Another manages your inbox. Another runs your Meta Ads.

You fill your workspace with knowledge about your business — pricing, services, brand voice, client details — and the bots use that knowledge to give you accurate, personalised results instead of generic AI responses.

Think of it as hiring a team of assistants who already know everything about your company.

Create Your Workspace

1. Go to strivia.ai and click Start Free Trial
2. Enter your name, email, and a password
3. Name your workspace — this is usually your business name
4. Choose your plan — you can change this later
5. You're in. Your 14-day free trial starts now. No payment details needed.

Set Up Your Brain

The Brain is what makes Strivia different. It's where you store information about your business so the bots can use it.

Do this now — it takes 5 minutes and makes everything else work better:

1. Go to Brain in the sidebar
2. Fill in your Business Identity — company name, industry, what you do
3. Add your services and pricing — this is what Quinn uses to generate quotes
4. Add your VAT rate and payment terms — quotes will include these automatically
5. Add any brand guidelines — this helps Vera and Max stay on-brand

Invite Your First Team Member

1. Go to Settings → Workspace
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter their email and choose a role — Admin or Member
4. They'll get an email invitation

Additional team members are charged per seat depending on your plan.

Your First Quote

1. Go to Chat and select Quinn
2. Type something like: "Create a quote for 5 custom t-shirts with logo printing"
3. Quinn will use your Brain data to calculate pricing and generate a professional quote
4. Review it, approve it, and send it to your client

That's it. You just created your first quote in Strivia.
